Hamas and Israel have agreed to a 72-hour ceasefire beginning on Friday at 05:00 GMT, but that truce cannot come quickly enough for those coping with the consequences of Israel's bombardment of Gaza. Hospitals are facing a shortage of medical supplies, while hundreds of thousands of people have been left without power or water. Al Jazeera's Imtiaz Tyab reports from the Shifa Hospital in Gaza City
